Agreement, deposit payment and cancellation

The service agreement is considered finalized upon receipt of verifiable confirmation, which can be provided through email, letter, or telephone/text message.

For multi-day treatments or extended waiting periods, a deposit of at least 20% of the total amount is required. Advances are non-refundable. Given the nature of our treatments, which often span multiple days, this deposit ensures certainty in our scheduling. The advance payment will be deducted from the final settlement.

In the event of cancellation after the agreement has been confirmed, MIZU AUTO DETAILING must be reimbursed as follows:

  • Cancellation up to 24 hours in advance: a minimum charge of 75% of the agreed total price.

  • Cancellation up to 48 hours in advance: a minimum charge of 50% of the agreed total price.

  • Cancellation up to 72 hours in advance: a minimum charge of 25% of the agreed total price."

Payments

Private individuals

Payment can be made in cash or cards (1.7% surcharge) and direction bank transfer. Payment must be made in advance prior to the handover of keys.

Companies

The invoice is payable in cash or by bank transfer with payment obligation within the agreed payment term (14 calendar days)


Deposit

For multi-day treatments or longer waiting times, we charge a deposit of at least 20% of the total amount. Advances are not recoverable. Our treatments often take several days and this way we have certainty about our planning. The advance payment will be deducted from the final settlement.

Warranty 

When applying a ceramic coating, the expected lifespan of the product is determined. However, the actual results and lifespan depend on factors such as the frequency and manner of vehicle use, overall maintenance, and similar considerations. Proper maintenance using our recommended products is crucial for ensuring long-lasting results, while neglect may have adverse effects.

 

It's important to note that by 'guarantee,' we mean that the treatment's outcome aligns more or less with the anticipated average lifespan. The warranty does not cover the loss of hydrophobic properties, as this can be influenced by external contamination. Restoration can be achieved through treatment at MIZU AUTO DETAILING or by the customer using the correct products. Liability is applicable only if the entire treatment, including necessary preparation work, was conducted by MIZU AUTO DETAILING.

Following the application of a ceramic coating, it is advisable to avoid exposing the car to external elements for a minimum of 12 hours. MIZU AUTO DETAILING bears no responsibility for adverse outcomes if this resting period cannot be observed. During the initial 7 days post-installation, it is recommended to minimize friction, water contact, and exposure to chemicals. After this period, the car can be washed without any issues."

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our work or identify any issues with the service we've rendered, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours. This allows us to promptly address and resolve any concerns. Given the nature of vehicle use and exposure to potential damage, we cannot accept responsibility for defects discovered after this 48-hour window. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we are the cause of issues identified beyond this timeframe.
